Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â °£È£»çÀÇ °£È£Àμº°ú Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔ °£ÀÇ °ü°è¿¡¼­ °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°üÀÇ ¸Å°³È¿°ú¸¦ ±Ô¸íÇϱâ À§ÇØ ¼öÇàµÇ¾ú´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ´ë»óÀÚ´Â Çѱ¹ÀÇ 2°³ Áö¿ª¿¡ ÀÖ´Â Á¾ÇÕº´¿ø¿¡¼­ 3°³¿ù ÀÌ»ó ±Ù¹«ÇÑ °£È£»ç 170¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ½Ç½ÃµÇ¾ú´Ù. 2018³â 12¿ù 15ÀϺÎÅÍ 2019³â 1¿ù 15ÀϱîÁö ÀÚ°¡ º¸°í½Ä ¼³¹®Áö¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÀڷḦ ¼öÁýÇÏ¿´°í IBM SPSS Win 25.0 programÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ºÐ¼®µÇ¾ú´Ù.

°á°ú:¡¡°£È£»çÀÇ Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔ °ü·Ã ¿äÀÎÀº °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°ü(¥â=.42), ÃÑ ÀÓ»ó°æ·ÂÀÌ 5³â ÀÌ»ó 10³â ¹Ì¸¸(¥â=-.30), ¼ÒµæÀÌ 200¸¸¿ø ÀÌ»ó 300¸¸¿ø ¹Ì¸¸(¥â=-.27), Çö º´¿øÀÇ ÀÓ»ó°æ·ÂÀÌ 10³â ÀÌ»ó(¥â=-.24)À̾úÀ¸¸ç, ÀÌµé ¿äÀÎÀº Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔÀ» 35.5% ¼³¸íÇÏ¿´´Ù. °£È£Àμº°ú Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔ °£ÀÇ °ü°è¿¡¼­ °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°üÀº ¿ÏÀü¸Å°³È¿°ú¸¦ °®´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.

°á·Ð:¡¡º» ¿¬±¸°á°ú´Â °£È£»çÀÇ Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔÀ» Çâ»ó½ÃÅ°±â À§ÇÑ ¹æ¾ÈÀ¸·Î °£È£Àμº°ú °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°üÀ» °­È­½Ãų ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ±³À° ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÇ °³¹ß ¹× È¿°ú¸¦ °ËÁõÇÏ´Â ÃßÈÄ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ±âÃÊÀڷḦ ÀÚ°øÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was done to investigate the mediating effect of nursing professionalism on the relationshipbetween nurse¡¯s character and organizational commitment of the nurse.

Methods: The participants in this study were170 nurses who had over 3 months of work experience in hospitals in 2 regions of South Korea. Data were collectedusing self-report questionnaires. Data collection period was from December 15, 2018 to January 15, 2019, Data wereanalyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 program.

Results: The significant predictors for organizational commitmentof nurses were nursing professionalism (¥â=.42), total clinical career (¥â=-.30), monthly income (¥â=-.27) and clinicalcareer in current hospital (¥â=-.24). These variables explained 36.0% of the variance in the organizational commitmentof nurses. Nursing professionalism was found to have a mediating effect on the relationship between nurses¡¯character and organizational commitment.

Conclusion: These results highlight the importance of nurses¡¯ organizationalcommitment and can be used as meaningful data for intervention research to promote the character ofnurses and nursing professionalism.
